DOTC NSman awarded DIS NSman of the Year 2026

Huge shoutout to CPT (NS) Liang Yuanruo, our DIS NSman of the Year 2026! We’re so proud to have him as part of the DOTC family.

Some of you may remember him leading the charge at DOTC’s BuildTogether Hackathon, where his team built a fully functional SpaceScanner in just two weeks.

On top of that, he’s been quietly mentoring DIS software engineers, sharing his insights with leadership and raising the engineering bar across the board. He was also instrumental in helping to shape the growth and development of professionals in the C4X (Digital) and DCX (Digital) vocations.
